Recently 16 new candidates attended the 4 day Maitland Selwyn sales training programme. Each of the candidates were carefully selected by our Regional Managers and had been chosen for their transferrable skills. The course provides practical support in areas such as qualifying the customer, product demonstration, closing techniques and incentive schemes.
The course is also supported by the Maitland Selwyn Long Distance Training Programme which encompasses the technical and legal aspects of the house buying process.
The results were excellent and these Sales Consultants are already out on site and are being requested back by Developers who know the value of the Maitland Selwyn training programme.
