Our 1 day course on 8th October will help candidates negotiate and close sales with greater ease and confidence. The course is aimed at Sales Advisors and Sales Managers seeking to close more sales to achieve targets.
We will explore how customers make their decision to purchase and what tips the balance towards “yes”; it’s not all about the incentives!
Closing sales proactively starts with a thorough understanding of the customer and ends with a simple nudge. Candidates will learn how to ask great questions to understand each customer’s needs and motivations, and will learn how to use the response to create opportunities to close sales.
Different closing strategies fit different situations, e.g. customer indecision, the serial objector and those holding out for an impossible deal. Candidates will learn how and when to use closing strategies to handle these and other common scenarios; giving them the tools and confidence to close more sales.
By the end of the day candidates will understand why negotiating is a win-win opportunity, why objections are good news and why indecisive customers do make decisions.
